Notice the sensation of movement in your belly. It's happening whether you notice it or not. Like the waves at the beach.
Just notice the sensation. Now you are in observer mode. What else can you notice? Sound, Light, other sensations, smell, taste, thoughts that may be occuring, feelings/emotions that may be present. You may also be able to notice the fact that you are capable of being aware. You can notice awareness happening! JUST NOTICE. No need to do anything. No need to accomplish anything. No need to manage anything. The more time you spend in observer mode, the more connected you will be to health, happiness and wisdom.
That's it. Nothing new here. We tend to forget, so the practice is to keep coming back to noticing.
