What is Qi Awareness?
Qi, pronounced “Chee”, is a word that has many meanings. In the context of Chinese Medicine, it can mean life force, or energy. It is not a substance that can be measured yet you know when it is there. The difference between a living body and a corpse is that Qi is acting in the living body and is absent from the corpse. When we are tired, depressed, anxious, agitated, in pain, there is a disturbance or imbalance with Qi. Chinese medicine is all about bringing Qi into balance. When Qi is in balance, we feel good. We are healthy. It’s that simple.
After 30 years of experience, helping people get out of pain, and move towards health and well being, these are the methods that I have found most effective.
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
I believe that a change in health, even with long term chronic conditions, can happen quite quickly. In fact, everything can change, in a moment of clarity.
