Our unconscious mind is trained to monitor and then avoid all unwanted experience.


The biggest obstacle to positive change is the unconscious beliefs that we have accumulated over the years that show up as challenges in our physical and emotional health. These beliefs also inhibit our ability to move out of these old patterns. For over three decades I have been using the best of what hypnosis, Chinese medicine, and mind /body medicine have to offer. The good news is that there are fun, exciting, easy, powerfully fast and effective ways of changing old habits and patterns.
